She Threw Her Remote: Answered Prayer

It is all too often said that there are no miracles performed these days. Well, I'd like to challenge this idea with my story, Remote Changes, which is a 3 ABN miracle story. So welcome to Miracles in the 21st Century. I'm Greg Morikone. You know, I want to start out by saying you are not here by accident. I don't believe in happenstance. I believe in divine appointments. And I believe it's a divine appointment that you're watching today's segment. And I also want to say that you are here on this earth for a reason and a purpose. God has you here for such a time as this, and I'm encouraged by today's story. And it's about Rhonda. Rhonda sent us an email not long ago to 3abn. And it is an absolute, incredible miracle. Rhonda was watching television one day, and she was just there watching, and she was beginning to become disgusted with what she was seeing. She said, it's only the prosperity gospel. God, there has got to be more. So do you know what Rhonda did? I'm going to take my cell phone as though it is the remote control. She took her television remote control and she slammed it on the ground and said, God, there's got to be more. Do you know what happened? Her remote control changed to 3 ABN. Rhonda had never seen 3 ABN in her entire life. And here it is, a channel she'd never heard of before. She slammed her remote on the ground and there was three abn. Do you know what she first heard and saw? It was Pastor James Rafferty, and he was preaching a powerful sermon. Well, Rhonda had been kind of reclining in her chair in her living room. She sat upright. This is amazing. After Pastor James Rafferty's sermon ended, Pastor John Lomakane came on and he sang a beautiful song. Then Pastor Loma King preached a sermon. And in Rhonda's own writing, I have it here. In her email, she says, I have been forever changed. Now, she says a little further along in her email to 3 ABN, she says, I know it was God who set my TV to 3 ABN. There is no way by me throwing my TV remote on the floor in disgust that it would change to 3 ABN. She believes that God changed that TV to 3 ABN at just the moment in her life when she was open to finding something new and true. Do you know what? I believe that as well. So Rhonda continues in her email to us, she says finding 3 ABN has been surely a true blessing in my life. Now get this. Rhonda is finding so much truth and so much information that she watches 3 ABN 16 hours a day. That's a lot of hours. She says, I'm just drinking this truth. She's been watching 3 ABN now for eight months. She says, I now worship on Saturday Sabbath. I know it's the true Sabbath. She says, I have now been referring all of my friends to 3am and they're watching as well. She says, I now want to be baptized. And then I like this closing line. She says, I'm a Seventh Day Adventist now, but I have never stepped foot into a Seventh Day Adventist Church. You know, I want to encourage you to continue to pray for Rhonda and others just like her. And maybe you're a Rhonda at home too. You have just found three abn. You, you are just learning truth. As I mentioned at the beginning, I don't believe in happenstance. God has you on a journey in life, and as he opens and provides truth to you, take it in, absorb it, and let God do the rest in your life. Thank you for joining us for today's story.
