It is all too often said that there are no miracles performed these days. Well, I'd like to challenge this idea with my story of the miraculous healing. Welcome to Miracles in the 21st Century. I'm a literature evangelist, Conrad Jurello. It started about 4 and a half years ago. We came across a young lady. Her name was Jordana, who really wanted to know about the literature ministry. And I started to train her in the suburb of Macquarie Fields. One particular day, as we were doing our door-to-door work, we came into a cul-de-sac, like a dead-end street. Yes. And we noticed a lot of activity going on in this house, a lot of people coming and going. And as we approached the house, there was a senior Islander lady on a mobility scooter, and she happened to ask us, what sort of work are we doing? I said, we're doing a special health work. Health? she says. I've got a very sick granddaughter inside. Please come in. Come in and see if you could be of help to her. So Jordana and I went up the steps, and before we entered the house on the front veranda, we prayed and asked for the Lord to prepare us for whatever it is that we needed to see inside. So after our prayer, we opened the door and there's a young lady that was lying on the mattress in the middle of the lounge room floor in the fetal position. And on the outside of the mattress were a whole heap of our— either they were friends, connections, cousins, OneTalks, you name it, they're all there in support. And I found out from them that this young lady— her name's Robin, by the way— she was separated from a group of girls when they went on a Friday, Saturday night venture in the city, and she got separated. And apparently she got picked up by some Indian guy and he took her out somewhere and Whatever he'd done to her, whatever the circumstances was, he dropped her off in the alleyway in that condition. So it's rather unfortunate for, for young Robin. But when the other friends saw her and found her, they brought her home. And unfortunately, she was in this state of delirium. Delirium. semi-conscious, and her parents took her to the doctors and they could not make a diagnosis. They did not know what was wrong with her. So she's been in a fetal position on the mattress in the past 4 days. So the Lord gave me instructions, get everybody there in that room to hold hands Sing hymns and pray. Sing hymns and pray. So as we were doing it for about thirty minutes, it's a miracle happened. This young lady for the first time started to sit up and look around, and the Lord basically gave me a cue and said, "Well." You've done your bit now. Thank you very much. You can leave now. So I said to him, goodbye. Thanks for allowing me to come. And we just left it at that. And that afternoon I got a phone call from Robin's mother. She was absolutely delighted, filled with joy. She says, thank you so much for what you've done today. Robin's now well and looking good. And I must admit, it's been about 5 years ago. And not long ago, about 6 months ago, I was door-knocking in that area and I came across this same young lady. She's married and she's got 2 beautiful children. And she thanked me very much for that day. So it's amazing what God can do. So let's finish on the promise of Ephesians 3:20. Unto him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or even imagine, according to the power that works within. If we got God on our side, he can use us to his maximum ability to perform whatever miracle he can through him. And we thank you, Lord, for, for the opportunity of Robin becoming well. Thanks for listening, everybody. God bless you all. Don't be afraid of being used of God. It's amazing what he can do through a humble sinner like us. Thank you for listening. God bless you all.
